Hi Dr. Hall,
I have been meaning to send you an email for over a year now, but life with three little ones is very busy.  I just wanted to thank you for all you did for Kylee a year and half ago.  She is doing very well!  She no longer coughs all the time....she occasionally snorts, but it seems to happen seasonal (with allergies).  We still maintain a dairy free diet...and for the most part gluten free.  It also helped being at a new school.  I would love to attach a picture of all the girls, but there was no way to add an attachment.  Anyway, just wanted to tell you that we really appreciate your help.  I hope you are doing well.  Thank you.

I was referred to Dr. Hall by my parents, who have been patients of Dr. Hall's for many years.
